WE CELEBRATE SANT JOAN!

We celebrate Sant Joan with the first edition of Living Room! at the amazing Freezone BCN studios.

Living Room! is an invitation to be ourselves and co-create a safe space for meeting, training, play, expression, and connection through curiosity, respect, and experimentation. The goal is to create a comfortable, safe, and familiar environment, like the living room of our home.

Listen and Play

First, always first, listen, feel, and breathe. Acknowledge and honor that we are not alone. That we are and we exist. From there, manage what we need, always with respect and care for ourselves and others. Knowing that there is nothing to do or prove, allowing our deep feelings and intuition to guide us in the continuous uncertainty that the space proposes.

• 19:30/19:45 Transition to CI + Arts Jam. Those who did not participate in the practice can join, then the doors will be closed until the end.

• 21:15 Gathering, closing circle, and sharing

The creation of soundscapes will be managed by Omoto, Largato Loops and Dj Membrilla.

The guided practice by Gonzalo Barales will be based on the principles used in Kung Fun! sessions. These relate to our ability to create freedom, power, and care dynamically and continuously according to how we organize and perceive, both for ourselves and for others.

The CI + Arts Jam is an invitation to express and share. Writing, dancing, poetry, music, performance, drawing... any form of expression that respects the care of others and the space is welcome.
* You are welcomed to bring objetes or elements into jam as long as they are not dangerous for the people or the space.

The heart behind it is to create a safe space to be, play, and express ourselves in community.
