Gathering into dance, movement exploration and creativity with elements and live soundscapes.

Living Art Jam+ is an artistic space for community gatherings focused on movement exploration, creativity, and free expression.

Rooted in Contact Improvisation:
Each session begins with a guided practice designed to provide essential tools for care, interaction, and personal exploration.

Creative Zone:
The jam includes an area equipped with various objects and elements for free use. It’s the perfect space for exploring, writing, drawing, or reading when inspired or not feeling like dancing Contact Impro. Participants are encouraged to bring their own materials, as long as they respect the space and others.

Our Intention:
The main goal is to create a safe environment for being, playing, and expressing yourself within a community—like the "living room" of your own home.

Schedule

18:15: Doors open; free time to arrive and settle in.
18:25: Introduction circle and guided practice.
19:15: Transition to JAM+; newcomers are welcome to join at this time.
21:00: Closing circle and sharing.
21:15: Farewell.
