The kids are the essential heart of the Vital Nexus philosophy, so all the disciplines me practice are also adaptable for them.
We specialize on organizing workshops where they can learn to use their body in a organic way, to take care of themselves and to comunicate with others. Companionship and cooperation are essential aptitudes to develope when we are child.
The Main discipline we use to play with them is Traditional Kung Fu, Yoga and Dance. This disciplines allow us to open a lot of exploration and creativity spaces as we play with different animal energies and movement concepts.
Respect, love for nature and helping each other are the essentials principles we work on.

Inscription, Content and Prices

The inscriptions are open from July 25th to September 4th.
To validate it, the student need to fill in a form and make a first payment of €130 to save his/her place.

This payment is part of the full payment, there's no inscription or matriculation fee.

The Quaterly Module's price is €420 and it can be paid on 1, 2 or 3 payments.

Those students who pay the full module before August 23rd get a special final price of €360 instead of €420.

Content:
*36 hours of group practice and study at FreeZone Studios BCN.

*3 individual pressential sessions for specific practice development and corrections (1 hour each).

*3 individual online sessions for questiosn, doubts and corrections (45 min each).
*Exclusive access to private group channel with videos, articles and space to ask doubts and share related info.
