What is the Living+ Jam?

The Living+ is an artistic and playful space designed to break away from daily routines and dedicate ourselves to the exploration of movement, creativity, and free expression in community.

The Jam emerges from a Contact Improvisation setting, where the intention is to cultivate a deep and open state of connection and listening — with ourselves, with others, and with everything happening around us.

At its heart, the goal is to create a safe and nurturing space to simply be, to play, and to express — like the living room of a home.

*During the JAM, there is a space with freely available objects and elements to explore, write, draw, read, and more.
You're welcome to bring your own objects, props, or instruments you'd like to explore, share, or co-create with — as long as they support care for others and the space.

*At the end of the session, we offer a delicious, healthy, and nourishing vegan menu — for those who feel hungry after all the movement and wish to refuel before heading home.

✨From 7:00 to 8:00 PM — a connection circle and a guided practice exploring principles of mindful movement and creativity, within the language of movement exploration, improvisation, and Contact Improvisation.
✨From 8:00 to 10:30 PM — Living+ Jam: dance, play, and celebration with live music.
✨From 10:30 PM+ — Closing circle, sharing space, and optional vegan gluten-free dinner, fresh juices, and frozen desserts.
