Cancellation & Refund Policy
The €120 deposit is non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else if you cannot attend.

If you have paid the full amount and are unable to participate:

  • More than 15 days before the retreat: you will receive a full refund minus the €120 deposit.

  • Between 15 and 7 days before: you will receive a 50% refund.

  • 7 days or less before the retreat: no refund will be issued.

However, in all cases, you are welcome to find someone to take your place.
